Dale A. Houghton, age 81, passed away Tues., May 20, 2008. He was born Feb. 28, 1927 in Shelby to Frank and Lottie (Swinton) Houghton. He was retired from Gerber Products. He is survived by his sister, Mary (Dale) Clark of Hesperia; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Dale was preceded in death by his sister, June Deeds and brothers, Louis, Delbert and Leroy Houghton.

Visitation is Fri., 5-8 pm at Harris Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Sat., 11 am at the funeral home. Interment: Ferry Township Cemetery.
