He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Carolyn Houghton ; one daughter, Susan Houghton of Soulh Pasadena; three sons, Michael Elson Houghton of South Pasadena, Robert Brooks Houghton of San Carlos and the Rev. William Clokey Houghton of Epiphany Mission, Baguio City, P.I; three grandsons Dennis and Dan Houghton of San Carlos and Patrick Houghton of P.I. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Church of Our Savior, San Gabriel, with the R,ev. George W. Cummings officiating Interment private. Turner '& Stevens, Alhambra, directors.
