Mrs. Houghton, who was born in Bingham Canyon, Utah, died Saturday.

She was a homemaker and lived in Spokane for 47 years.

Her husband, Fred Houghton, died in 1989.

Survivors include three daughters, Sandra Olson of Spokane, Margaret Pierce of Seattle and Evelyn Roe of Walla Walla; three granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.
